Polyurethane is a versatile Thermosetting or Thermoplastic Elastomer among all conventional polymers like Natural, Nitrile, Neoprene Rubber etc.

The basic component used to prepare polyurethanes are isocyanates, polyol and glycol or amine. A great variety of starting materials and the possiblity of varying one or more of the three basic ingredients result in wide range of materials with suitable properties to meet specific application requirements. It is, therefore, obivious that they can be tailored for enhanced stress-strain, hardness and modules & other desired properties in the finished products.

Another unique property of Cast PU is the size and weight of the product that can vary from few grams to 500. Kgs in a single shot without any serious restriction in terms of Plant or Machinery, processablity or time consumption to produce the products of such dimension.

In order to cope with the demand put forward by Industries we also deal with products based on Nitrile, Neoprene, Silicones, Viton, PTFE, EPDM, Nylon, Acetal and other engineering polymers.
